Buying a home is stressful no matter how you do it, but for most, buying the “move up” home is a lot more complicated than buying the first one.
At least, that is what Rachel and Frank thought. Their first home purchase was crazy. Their apartment lease was due to expire, Rachel was pregnant with their first child and they made offer after offer on homes, only to be turned down. It took 15 offers and two failed escrows (inspection issues) before they finally purchased Lincoln.
The thought of doing it all over again, this time with 2 littles and a house to sell, was more than daunting.
