Angelino Heights
Welcome To Rossmoyne
Historic homes for sale and treelined streets โ the perfect place for evening strolls or a game of catch at the park. There are deeply beautiful historic homes for sale and character homes on wide, tree-lined boulevards in the Rossmoyne. It is one of the most uniformly beautiful Glendale CA neighborhoods.

WHAT PEOPLE LOVE
This is a ridiculously cool neighborhood filled with history and amazing Victorian and Craftsman Mansions. It is located a stone’s throw from Echo Park Lake, Downtown Los Angeles, Chinatown, and all the crazy cool urban goodness of Echo Park.
If you are a fan of Los Angeles History, diverse culture, Victorian homes and/or movie history and trivia (a critical scene from Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” was shot here!!) you’ll be a fan of Angelino Heights.
Bonus: DIGGS Realtor Jake Lindauer is an Angelino Heights resident. You can often catch him walking about the neighborhood with his super cute toddler, Mathilda. Contact us if you’d like to work with a true area expert!
What People Don’t Love
This is an incredibly diverse and global/liberal-minded community. It is not a place for rigid conservative folk or people who just want a placid, quiet existence. It is an urban community – there is noise and people tend to get involved with changing the world movements.
WALKING TOUR SCENES
This neighborhood is packed with eye-popping home after another. Gal Pal Tracy and I spent two of our walks just exploring and taking a ton of photos. It seemed like every home was Insta-Worthy and we kept bumping into residents eager to share history and neighborhood anecdotes. Living here must feel like belonging to the very best Insider’s Cool Kid Club. Here are a few of the notable sites:

Michael Jackson filmed the final scene of his video “Thriller” at this home.

The home featured in the hit show “Charmed”

A hidden staircase connects Angelino Heights to the Echo Park Lake area.

One of the oldest market store in Los Angeles

Echo Park Lake went through a massive renovation and restoration and it is truly magical. The homeless population is not small, but I observed order and civilized dignity.

These are the famous Swan Peddle Boats at Echo Park. Gal Pal Tracy wanted to see more homes, so today wasn’t my day to float on the lake…
