WHAT PEOPLE LOVE

Gracious and private is a great way to describe this neighborhood. Some of the homes are on confirming flat streets, but many are located along private windy hilly roads. Stunning views are common, but so are homes on large prestigious lots. People looking for high end real estate in Los Angeles neighborhoods like Hollywood Hills find the Linda Vista neighborhood to be just as private and lush but with far less traffic.

People love the easy access to everything the Rose Bowl area has to offer. The Aquatic Center, Children’s Discovery Center and Brookside Golf are some of the lesser known attractions. People jog, walk or bike the Rosebowl Loop all hours of the day and early evening.

And, of course, there is the RoseBowl, home to the UCLA Bruins and countless concerts and events. Linda Vista residents enjoy the 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular from the comfort of their own yards!

What People Don’t Love

The RoseBowl is an open air stadium and some of the events are pretty loud. It is worse for the residents directly overlooking the Bowl. I am told the night of the Beyoncé and J Zee concert was particularly brutal. Traffic is also a problem on event days.

Washington STEAM Multilingual Academy(Spanish Dual Language)
John Muir High School(Early College Magnet)

In addition, parents can choose Open Enrollment for schools outside their School of Resident.
