WHAT PEOPLE LOVE
La Vina is a luxurious gated community planned community. It has everything you expect- a gated entrance, manicured streets, and landscaping, and its own parks and recreation areas.
People love the feeling of safety and community achieved with a guarded gate. The streets are well planned and each home seems to enjoy a lovely view. Because the homes were built in the early 2000’s, floor plans and finishes suit today’s lifestyle.
The recreation area for La Vina includes pool, spa, lounge area, barbecue and playground. Many hiking trails are nearby.
What People Don’t Love
La Vina is a luxury oasis located on the far end of a rather gritty (but gentrifying) neighborhood. If you prefer the complete planned community lifestyle La Vina might not be the right neighborhood for you.
