Man- people have some crazy ideas about what it takes to be a successful Realtor.
I think it is time to tell some hard truths about this business.
New agents hear a lot of razzle dazzle from brokers trying to entice them to sign up. And that’s great, but it isn’t what the prospective agent really needs to know to be a success.
You should understand what skills are needed. How to choose the right training. How to assess the different companies. How to plan for success. What to expect your first year. How much money do you need? How do you get clients? What do you DO each day?
Would you be interested in that class?
Frankly, this is great way for me to meet one or two new DIGGS agents, but everyone will come away armed to make better decisions. This is more about the industry, as I see it, and an overview of all the choices a prospective agent can make.
