Sunland Tujunga Insider Intel
Sunland Tujunga residents are passionate about everything. Horses, politics, bad drivers, high speed rail and spectacular sunsets are regularly discussed on local Facebook groups. You will not want to move to Sunland Tujunga if you are afraid of strong opinions.
This is not a large area and there are few named Sunland “neighborhoods”. Crystal View, Sevenhills, Renaissance are known for their relatively uniform lots and homes. Shadow Hills is known as the equestrian area and is also the location of several large horse properties.
Sunland is deceptively close to the entertainment and studios! Take Sunland Blvd straight down to the 5 Freeway. This combined with the relatively affordable housing is part of the reason we think Sunland could be the next “hot hood” in the area!
