"I knew Kendyl from before, she helped me with the sale of my Eagle Rock house and the purchase of the one in Tujunga in 2000. When I decided to sell my house I did not even think twice before choosing Kendyl as my agent. I am Facebook friends with her. Sent her a quick message and within 5 minutes she responded and got the ball rolling. We met in a few days, she asked the right questions to find out my reasons for selling and my objectives. "My wife & I first met Kendyl about 20 years ago when we talked for a few minutes about what nearby houses might sell for in the near future. Kendyl stopped by our house periodically & we began to have a personal relationship with her.
