DIGGS Coronavirus Policy – Nothing Is As Usual [Updated 3/23/20]
As per California and local policies… we are effectively shut down from now until April 19th. No physical showings, even if the home is vacant (but virtual showings are ok). No inspections. We shut down all face to face meetings a few days ago, but now everyone is shut down. Let’s flatten that curve, people!!

We are at home, but we are still open for business.
For our active home buyers and home sellers: We will continue to move your transaction forward using electronic means and video conferencing. Technology has always been our jam – we delight in using our superpowers to get you into your new home!
For our buyers and sellers with active real estate needs: We will use video conferencing, virtual tours, and special “sight, unseen” language in the contracts as well as an addendum for coronavirus based situations. Again- technology is our friend and we can make it your friend, too.
Nothing is as usual – but we will get through this. We are dedicated to constantly reassessing everything we do in order to serve our clients and the great good of the community.
Thank you for your support and understanding in these uncertain and stressful times. We will get through this together.
