Kendyl introduced herself to me while I happened to be in her office for something else. She was friendly and approachable and soon we were chatting about real estate. That got the ball rolling. Soon she had a listing going for our firm, and that sale was so successful that I decided to have her list my home. Her team came to my condo and we developed a plan to find me a rental in my area of choice, then we proceeded to paint, stage and list my condo.
