    Welcome To Rossmoyne

Historic homes for sale and treelined streets โ€“ the perfect place for evening strolls or a game of catch at the park. There are deeply beautiful historic homes for sale and character homes on wide, tree-lined boulevards in the Rossmoyne. It is one of the most uniformly beautiful Glendale CA neighborhoods.

    WHAT PEOPLE LOVE

If you love a restored Craftsman Bungalow, this is the neighborhood for you!ย  Residents are very serious about maintaining the architectural integrity of their homes and this is one of Pasadena’s Landmark Neighborhoods. They are so serious, the neighborhood association has a $5,000 Restoration Grant Program designed to help residents restore their exteriors to the original Arts and Crafts style.

Bungalow Heaven is famous for it’s annual Bungalow Heaven Home Tour, one of the longest-running and well-attended home tours in Pasadena!

    What People Don’t Love

Residents are adamant about architectural integrity. If you want to “do your own thing” this is not your neighborhood.

    SCHOOLS

    The schools of residence are:

Longfellow Elementary (A Caltech Affiliate School)
    Eliot Middle School (Arts Magnet)
    Pasadena High School

In addition, parents can choose Open Enrollment for schools outside their School of Resident.

    BUNGALOW HEAVEN PHOTO GALLERY

Gal pal and fellow Realtor Tracy King and I took to the streets for our walking tour of Bungalow Heaven May 2020. Below are my iPhone snaps – we stopped every 50 feet because so many homes grabbed our attention!

Along the way we met some super chill people and noticed that people loved their drought tolerant and California native gardens almost as much as their cool Arts and Crafts and Craftsman Bungalows.

If you only have the time for strolling down one street I’d do Michigan Ave. Wow. What an amazing street!!
