The most frequent question I hear is “Can I sell my Glendale Ca home “as is”?”
I’ve discovered that “as is” means different things to different people. Many people want to avoid major repairs or remodeling. Some want to avoid expensive staging or landscaping.
The answer, of course, is “Yes”! You can sell your home in whatever condition you desire- it is just a function of price. The rougher your condition the lower your price. The other question is liability. Will the buyer be able to complain after the close if you sell in as is condition?
